MUSE (Marymount Union of Staff Employees) is the official union representing the professional staff at Marymount Manhattan College. We are dedicated to protecting the rights of our members, advocating for fair working conditions, and fostering a strong, supportive workplace community.
We negotiate contracts, resolve workplace concerns, support staff through the grievance process, and help shape college policy—especially during our ongoing integration with Northeastern University.
To empower staff members through collective action, ensure transparency and equity in institutional decisions, and uphold the dignity and voice of every worker.
A college community where staff are respected, resourced, and heard.
